Conformo 3000

Vlastuin CDI developed the Conformo 3000 display module system in cooperation with STI Gustav Stabernack GmbH. It is an innovation in automatically erected display modules. The machine developed for this is unique and offers a broad range of designs and sizes. The automatic erection and gluing of the display module eliminates the need for manual set-up, which saves you time, materials and money. An important additional benefit is that gluing provides greater stability and load-bearing capacity when compared to manually erected modules. Our Zwaag plant can deliver the Conformo display modules empty or filled to clients within the Benelux.

Conformo 3000 models:

The display modules are produced in pre-defined and tested corrugated cardboard qualities. The modules can be printed in offset, flexo and flexo high quality.

The different models, each with its own specifications, are subdivided into the following models:

• Amsterdam
• London
• Paris
• Rome
• Barcelona
• Berlin

Each model is also available in our environmentally friendly and sustainable Eco-Line.

Conformo 3000 presentation options

The display modules can be set up individually or stacked

• 1 display module with shipping box and top card
• multiple modules with base and top card in a shipping box
• multiple modules as 1/4 pallet display, on a wooden or plastic pallet or dolly
• 2 modules 400 x 600 side by side as a 1/2 pallet display, on a wooden or plastic pallet or rolly

The Conformo modules retain their shape and are therefore extremely reliable. For example, a 600 x 400 mm display made up of 7 layers with a total height of 1650 mm (including pallet/dolly) can be dynamically loaded with a total weight of approx. 115 kg (16 kg per module). A 800 x 600 mm display made up of 2 x 7 layers with a total height of 1650 mm (including pallet/rolly) can be dynamically loaded with a total weight of approx. 230 kg.

Retail approved

The Conformo 3000 module display system was developed on the basis of logistics guidelines used in the retail industry. The displays can therefore be used in all retail channels in different versions, such as on wooden pallets, plastic pallets, or as a rolling promotional display.

Once they have been erected by machine, the display modules can be delivered empty, or filled on the line at our production plant in Zwaag. This enables you to save not only on handling, but also on packaging material for interim storage. We can just as easily provide 100% fulfilment, from your idea to providing a completely assembled product to your client's distribution centre. We would be happy to be of service.
